The fast drying Polyx®-Oil for professionals!
Osmo Polyx®-Oil Express is ideal for the protection of all wooden flooring, such as solid wood, plank, strip, OSB and cork flooring, as well as furniture surfaces. In combination with Hardener 6632, also suitable for the clear treatment of hardwoods rich in extractives, such as Meranti, Wengé, Merbau etc.

NUMBER OF COATS
Two coats on an untreated substrate; for renovations, normally one coat on the clean surface is sufficient.
Finished surface in 1 day, 2 coats
- First coat on the raw, sanded wood approx. 35-45 ml/m².
- Mistakes in the wet coating can be corrected up to 10 minutes after the first application.
- Drying time approx. 2-3 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 °C/50 % rel. humidity). Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase drying time. Allow for good ventilation.
- If desired, the dried finish can be smoothened with fine grain sandpaper (P400) or with a scouring pad before applying the second coat.
- Second coat approx. 35-45 ml/m².
- Drying time approx. 2-3 hours; see point 3.
Note: Can be used optionally with Hardener for Polyx®-Oil Express 6632 as drying accelerator.
