Intensive cleaning for dirty wooden floors
In public buildings, wood floors treated with Polyx®-Oil face a lot of wear and tear. Tough stains and deposits may appear, which can hardly be removed through daily routine cleaning. Plus the floor loses its sheen; it becomes dull and matt.
For this situation, Osmo also has the ideal solution, which removes organic and inorganic contaminations and makes the floor shine like new without sanding: Osmo Intensive Cleaner, a highly effective slightly alkaline special cleaner that loosens tough deposits effortlessly.
The cleaner is diluted with water, and it can also be used in machine applications with a single disc machine and a brush ring attachment. It is important that the loosened dirt is removed with a mop or lint-free cotton cloth.
After the intensive cleaning, Osmo Maintenance Oil can be applied to the surface as long as the raw wood surface has not been exposed during the intensive cleaning. It restores the protective hardwax surface; the wood is then optimally protected from inside out. Matt and dull floors shine like new again and no sanding is needed.
If the raw wood has been exposed, a thin coat of Polyx®-Oil should be applied so that your wooden floors are optimally protected again.
