Wood coating for oily and resinous hardwoods!
Osmo Wood Wax Finish Clear Extra Thin is for all interior wood furniture. It is particularly well suited for the treatment of dark hardwoods such as Meranti, Wenge, Merbau etc. Trial application is most definitely recommended.

NUMBER OF COATS
Two coats on raw wood; for renovations, normally one coat on the clean surface is sufficient – without sanding!
TOOLS
Finished surface in 2 days, 2 coats
- First coat on the raw, sanded wood approx. 35-45 ml/m².
- Leave to absorb for 30 minutes. Wipe away all excess wax and touch up untreated areas.
- Drying time approx. 12 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 °C/50 % rel. humidity). Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase drying time. Allow for good ventilation.
- Second coat approx. 35-45 ml/m².
- Leave to absorb for 30 minutes and wipe away any excess wax.
- Drying time approx. 12 hours; see point 3.
